Driver Abstract

For driver applications, upload your abstract (aka driver history report) and make sure the file has no password protection.

If you have an NJ license, you can get a copy of your driver history report emailed to you from the NJ MVC website. Select "Driver Records" and then "Non-Certified Driver History Record". On the "Purpose for the Request" page, submit the form without selecting any of the options. It costs $15.

If your license is from outside NJ, check your state's motor vehicle website for a similar option.
